We use these as it is within our legitimate business interests to ensure our business and IT systems run smoothly.

Information is collected about you in order to process your enquiry and to provide a service to you.

Your information may also be used in order to review how successful the website is at engaging customer base, to review and evaluate this and then if appropriate to update the website accordingly.

We would like to send you information about services that may be helpful for you or useful information regarding legislation updates. This will be sent to you if you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.

We use a third party provider, to manage our social media interactions.

If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

Once your contract of service with Considerate HR Consultancy ends, your personal information will be deleted within the regulatory time frames (e.g. tax purposes), unless we consider there is a legal or regulatory reason not to do so or if you remain opted in to our marketing newsletter.

Considerate HR Consultancy does use Social Media in order to share information and also to advertise my, services.
You are not required to follow our Social Media accounts. If you wish to there are links on this website to the relevant Social Media platforms.

Payments

Payments are accepted via Paypal, Stripe and Electronic Bank Transfer.

Considerate HR Consultancy is required to keep the nature of the payment and the amount for accountancy purposes connected with the service provided.

Your card / bank details are not provided to Considerate HR Consultancy by Paypal, Stripe or from the bank provider.

All sensitive payment information details for accountancy purposes are held securely and password protected.

Emails / Social media messages (via Facebook or Whats App or similar)

All emails / message exchanges are stored in accounts which are properly password protected. These emails / messages are deleted when they are no deemed to no longer be required.

There is no intention that your personal information is accessed by any unauthorised 3rd Party for misuse or disclosure. Please however, be aware that no exchange of data over the Internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Considerate HR Consultancy makes every effort to protect your personal information shared with us, you acknowledge that the personal information you share with us willingly may be accessed or manipulated by an ill-intentioned 3rd party.

You acknowledge that Considerate HR Consultancy are not responsible for any intercepted information shared through www.consideratehrconsultancy.co.uk  without knowledge or permission.
